What is a Reform way of life? What does it mean to put Christ at the center? This is what our graduates had to say—and their answers inspire us!

Reforming the Carmelite Sisters
Recently, Reform Wellness led the Carmelite Sisters of the Sacred Heart in their renewal retreat in Los Angeles, CA. It was a special opportunity to help to heal and strengthen the Body of Christ, particularly the women who are His brides.

Reforming Through Life’s Seasons
Reform helped me navigate an incredibly emotional time; losing a parent, my son graduating high school, and moving. My lifestyle was keeping me in a chronic state of stress. I cannot imagine a time when Reform’s best practices won’t be relevant! Reform is a way of life for all of life’s seasons.

Shifting My Gaze from the Scale to My Father
I had spent years seeking a “silver bullet” solution for weight loss, energy, and order in my life. I was cautious about jumping into yet another program that I would follow for a little while only to cast aside because it “didn’t work.” I soon realized that this was no ordinary “program” for wellness. There were no promises that if I would “just follow these steps, eat these foods, and take these supplements, I would be a new person in 30 days.”

From Depletion to Dignity
Through Reform, I learned that rest is not “unproductive” but healing. I learned that food is not to be “earned” but deserved. I learned that play is not “wasting time” but an essential part of childlike joy. I learned that moving my body is not “punishment” but self-care. I learned that being in community is not for validation but for bringing life to others.

Reform Your Home and Family
I first met Reform when I was dealing with loss and grief after my late husband’s passing. Going through Reform Wellness at that time was a life changing experience and their practical support enabled me to thrive during a very difficult time.

Sustainable Change
I am the healthiest I have been in a long time, maintaining healthier nutrition, movement, and sleep habits. I have more clarity in what actions I can take to pursue a more wholesome lifestyle. There is no aspect of our wellness that the Lord doesn’t want to touch and sanctify, and understanding that truth has made all the difference.

Reforming in Community
Little by little, through the tools offered by Reform, many areas of my life are continually being reformed and renewed in Christ. I now crave simplicity and have found that this allows space for the Lord to move in my life. In Him, I have found freedom from fear-based living and anxiety.

Reforming My Work
There’s much work to do, and with the priest shortage, that work is endless. After saying “yes” to everything, I found myself so exhausted that, while giving a homily, I almost fainted and fell out of a high pulpit in a cathedral.

Claiming Belovedness
Reform taught me to see my identity as firmly rooted in Jesus, and each morning to claim that I am beloved. Dig to the Roots helped me to heal a major trust wound, which freed me and allowed a greater capacity for healing.
