For three days, we invite you to experience the nine Wellness Pillars, redefine health as the state of your body and soul, reclaim your identity in Christ, and learn directly from our team how to pursue wholiness™ in everyday life. Each day will include opportunities for nourishment, rest, prayer, fellowship, and renewal.

* A double room registration includes one attendee's registration and one bed in a shared room. Purchasing a double room does not reserve both beds or cover registration for a second attendee. Each attendee must register separately.

Location: Serra Retreat Center, Malibu, CA

We will nourish our bodies, minds, and souls through Scripture, silence, and stillness while taking time to pray, rest, and reflect. We will celebrate daily Mass, pray in adoration, explore nature, and more! The specific activities for each day will be shared upon arrival.
