Freedom Members: Three-Pack Consultation Add-On

Freedom members are eligible to purchase a package of private consultations to support their continued reformation. This is an opportunity to receive personalized guidance in building a formation in Christ and further incorporating the Reform Wellness Pillars. Includes one 60-minute initial appointment and two 45-minute follow up appointments hosted by Jackie or Dr. Bridget depending on availability. 

  • Package of 3 consultations - $750. Sessions must be used within 6 months from purchase date. 

  • *Functional lab testing is not available to members until after completion of Dig to the Roots.
