To better share Reform’s mission, improve customer experience, and optimize internal CRM systems, we’re looking for a Web Developer and Integration Specialist to join our team. As a Catholic small business, our team is small, mighty, and very dynamic. We’re looking for someone who finds joy in serving others, has strong attention to detail, and is a problem-solver. The right person for this role is self-motivated and eager to learn, educate others, and share the mission of Christ-centered wellness with others through their role. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to become a full-time, remote position.

Qualifications: Skills, Background, Experience

  • A degree in computer science or equivalent education/experience

  • 4+ years of experience in IT

  • Preferably East Coast or willing to work East Coast hours 

  • Passionate about and knowledgeable of the Catholic faith and wellness 

  • Ability to prioritize and manage work in a growing environment

  • Proven success in a project coordination role

  • A combination of the following skills:

    • HTML5, CSS, PHP, Javascript, UI/UX design

    • Proficiency in WordPress, eCommerce, and WordPress plugins

    • Some experience with APIs and custom integration development

    • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue

    • Experience with JavaScript libraries such as jQuery and Bootstrap

    • Proficiency with HTML5

    • Familiarity with Sass, Less, or Stylus

    • Working knowledge of SEO principles

    • Practical experience with Grunt, Gulp, or Webpack automation tools

    • Basic Photoshop and web design

Who we’re looking for:

A team player with strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills (both with external customers and internal employees), proven problem-solving skills, proficiency in programming languages and data structures, and knowledge of integration best practices.

Essential duties:

  • Monitor and improve customer relations across all communication channels 

  • Support execution and optimization of CRM, website, and internal systems

  • Bring structure and improvements to our lean operations

  • Plan, coordinate, develop and implement activities related to the integration of the organization’s applications/technologies

  • Report on analytics to measure success

  • Serve as a front-end developer for the user interface of our website
