Reform Your Regret Virtual Summit
Placing the Past in the Hands of Christ
Summit Replay Available
We all carry regrets—choices we wish we could undo, words we wish we hadn’t spoken, moments we long to take back. They can weigh heavily on our hearts, leaving us restless, stuck, or afraid to move forward.
But what if regret didn’t have to define you? What if it could become the doorway to mercy, freedom, and redemption—a path to the abundant life Christ came to give?
Scripture reminds us that the Lord meets us precisely in our weakness. He does not ask us to carry our burdens alone. When we bring our regrets to Him, they no longer have to lead to shame or discouragement.
Instead, they can become opportunities for healing, humility, and renewed hope—moments where God’s mercy transforms our past and frees us to live fully in the present.
Lent offers a sacred invitation to turn toward this mercy. It is a season of repentance, reflection, and trust—a time to give God what we cannot fix ourselves and allow Him to restore what feels broken.
This includes the regrets we hold close, the choices that haunt us, and the paths we wish we could change. In surrendering them, we discover freedom, peace, and the joy of a life redeemed by Christ.
“Jesus does not demand great actions from us but simply surrender and gratitude.”
–St. Therese of Lisieux

Panelist: Jackie Mulligan
-
Reform was founded and started by Jackie. She now serves Reform as Chief Executive Officer. After years of tireless striving, stress, and compromised health as a result of her lifestyle, Jackie found her identity, healing, and wholeness in God. She found a more simple way; a way centered in faith, wellness, and freedom. Now, she is devoted to helping others find the same.
Combining her passions of wellness, faith, and education, Jackie works with clients locally and around the world. Along the way, she discovered that one of her greatest passions was helping others build stronger connections to themselves, their health, and their faith through wellness at every level: physical, emotional and spiritual.
Through working with a variety of individual clients, religious orders, corporations, and educational institutions across the globe and observing a number of habits and cultures, Jackie found the common denominator: others were striving to find their way to be fully alive in Christ, in body, mind, and soul. Her personal practice grew into Reform.
As a holistic nutritionist, wellness practitioner and experienced educator, Jackie has paired her personal experience with her professional knowledge to create a program that innovatively merges faith and functional health. The information and tools she shares grows from her life experiences and education: Master of Business Administration, Master of Secondary Education, Bachelor of Art in Languages, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Holistic Nutritionist, former NYS Certified Spanish teacher. Jackie recently graduated with her Master of Arts in Theology from Saint Joseph Seminary and College in New York.
