As a graduate of Reform Online™, we invite you to lead friends, family, fellow parishioners, and others to experience Reform Online in community as a Reform Ambassador. Community is essential — we are meant to be together, and all share the same desire to be seen, heard, and known.
An Introduction to Reform Online™ In Community
Local individuals can come together to learn from one another, hold each other accountable, pray in community, share experiences, and encourage each other to take the next steps to whole- person wellness.
An Invitation to Become a Reform Ambassador of Christ
A Reform Ambassador is a Reform Graduate who commits to bringing Reform’s signature Christ-centered wellness formation to their local community by accompanying a small group—their family, members of their parish, their co-workers—through the twelve-week Reform Online™ course.
To be a Reform Ambassador is to be sent. Not to teach, not to have all the answers, but to have walked far enough into your own formation that you can walk alongside someone else in theirs.
St. Mary Magdalene did not wait until she fully understood the Resurrection before she went and told the others — she went because she had encountered Christ, and that encounter propelled her forward. A Reform Ambassador is the same: someone whose own "yes" to Christ-centered living has become visible enough that others want to walk toward it, too.
This is neither a volunteer role or a title to be held. It is a continuation of your own formation, now lived as a witness to others. A Reform Ambassador is a walking monstrance, carrying what they have received into the ordinary rooms of their community: a parish hall, an office break room, a kitchen table.
To pour forth from a place of Christ-centered abundance, reform me, Jesus.
Patron & Patroness of Reform Ambassadors:
St. Peter Julian Eymard, known as the Apostle of the Eucharist, gave his life to carrying Christ's Real Presence into the world — quite literally lifting the monstrance in procession so others could encounter him. He is the patron of what Reform has long called the "walking monstrance": the conviction that we are meant to carry Christ's presence into ordinary rooms, not keep it behind glass.
St. Mary Magdalene, the Apostle to the Apostles, was the first witness to the Risen Christ — and the first one Christ sent to tell the others. "Go and tell my brothers," He said to her, before the men who would become the Church's foundation had even believed. She reminds every Ambassador that you do not need all knowledge or understanding to share Christ, but can allow your personal encounter with Love to lead the way.

Reform is meant to be incarnate — just as Christ is not distant but truly present with us. Experiencing Reform Online™ in community with the support of an Ambassador is an embodied extension of that conviction: gathering in person, in real rooms, with real people, to walk this journey together.

If we are to remain faithful to our daily formation, we need the support and accountability of fellow Reformers who can walk alongside us on the journey to Christ-centered living.

As a Reform Ambassador, you will facilitate a group of individuals through Reform Online in community. By walking the walk of Reform and solidifying your own formation, you will serve as an access point for others to reclaim their well-being in Christ.

Reform Online In Community is priced per participant, with the rate decreasing as your group grows. We believe cost should never be a barrier to healing and continue to strive to make Christ- centered living possible for everyone.
Ambassador Requirements & Commitment:
To become a Reform Ambassador, you must:
Be a Reform Online graduate, actively living out a Reform way of life
Complete an application, including letters of recommendation and good standing
Have access to a regular meeting location — parish hall, home, or similar
Meet the minimum group size commitment
Sign the Ambassador contract
Once accepted, your commitment includes:
Daily — living out a Reform way of life
Weekly — guiding your group through the Reform Online course
Monthly — virtual training sessions with the Reform team
Inclusions for Reform Ambassadors
As a Reform Ambassador, you will have full access to Reform Online videos and resources at no cost. For groups of more than 30 people, a Co-Ambassador is required to lead alongside you; the Co-Ambassador carries the same requirements as an Ambassador and also has full access to course content at no cost. As your group's Ambassador, you will present pre-recorded classes to your group at a regular meeting location, such as a parish hall or living room.
We are not asking you to teach Reform Online. You will facilitate your group's experience by presenting pre-recorded class videos and living by example.
In-person training will be held twice a year, in fall and spring. All Ambassadors are welcome and encouraged to attend, and it's mandatory for group leaders who will be leading more than two groups per year or larger groups. You'll connect with fellow Ambassadors, deepen your own formation, and prepare to lead your group with confidence.
Pricing
Reform Online In Community is priced per participant, with the rate decreasing as your group grows:
1–10 participants: $500/person
11–18 participants: $475/person
19–30 participants: $425/person
31–50 participants: $375/person
50+ participants: Custom pricing — contact us
Reform Ambassadors and Co-Ambassadors participate at no cost. (Both must be Reform Online Graduates and have completed an application.)
Payment is due individually from each participant one month before the group start date. Reform will provide marketing materials and a recruitment strategy to support your group.
Optional Add-On
Groups have the option to add a Virtual Group Office Hour — a live session with a member of the Reform team to answer questions, offer encouragement, and support your group's formation journey. Contact us for pricing.
Groups who host a retreat receive a complimentary in-person Office Hour as part of their retreat package.
Inclusions for Group Participants
All group participants will receive a copy of the Reform Online Companion and access to pre-recorded Reform Online content, which will be viewed during group meetings led by a Reform Ambassador.
*All Companion workbooks will be shipped to one location.

Please note, being a Reform Ambassador is intended to be life-giving for your reformation. It should not distract you from your own daily formation; we cannot give what we do not have. If we want to experience the richness and life-giving blessings of a Christ-centered community, we must begin at the source. We must humbly place ourselves before the Lord and receive from Him the gifts He desires for us: healing, grace, trust. Only then can we live in community (common + unity) with others.
As part of the application and onboarding process, you will be asked to sign a contract, provide letters of recommendation, and reverence the Reform way of life as a Reform Ambassador. Monthly virtual meetings with the Reform Team will be required throughout your time as a Reform Ambassador. All accepted Ambassadors will be invited to attend in-person training during our November 2026 retreat.
Note, if you have served as a Reform Ambassador (formerly Guide) before, you do not need to reapply. Please notify our team at community@reformwellness.co to confirm you plan to lead another group.

Becoming an Ambassador should support and enhance the way you're already living out the wellness pillars — it isn't meant to be an added obligation, but a life-giving opportunity to share what you've been given and invite others into Christ-centered living. Once you're leading a group, the commitment is about three hours per week.
Supporting Discernment through the Wellness Pillars:
Faith: You have an established daily and weekly prayer routine.
Sleep: You have adequate rest and are ready to pour forth from Christ-centered abundance.
Space: You have the capacity to commit to three hours per week.
Personal Growth: You are eager and hopeful to share the gift of Christ-centered wellness, and look forward to deepening your own formation through the experience.

These sessions cover how to guide a group, connect with fellow Ambassadors, and support your members. Most importantly, they nurture your own continued formation in Christ and journey toward wholeness and holiness. Training begins once you're accepted and your timeline and group size are set. We'll help support your recruitment efforts, typically one to two months before your group begins.
