Dig to the Roots

Strong Body, Clear Mind, Rooted Spirit

In Reform Online, you found a new foundation in Christ—and now, you’re ready to dig deeper. In Dig to the Roots, we till the soil to uncover the current state of your gut health. With Christ as the Divine Gardener, we’ll help you identify the root causes of your physical symptoms and cultivate spiritual growth.

This class combines the diagnostic testing of the GI-Map with recorded video classes, two consultations, office hours, and more to help you dig to the root cause of your symptoms.

Our next class starts in Fall 2024.

Spots are limited. Payment plans are available.

“Physically I had hit the wall, but through the multifaceted approach of Reform Wellness, and through my own perseverance and in particular OBEDIENCE to her plan, I saw real transformation on all levels of my physical, mental, and even spiritual levels. I have truly REFORMED. The body, mind and soul, after all are ONE with each facet affecting the other.  Reform Wellness takes that into account, and thus, this old mule is running again!”

“After working with Reform, I rebalanced my gut and killed off a bacterial infection and parasite, and regained my energy. The terrible bloat was gone, I slept better, and I recognized and removed foods that do not serve me from my diet. Now that my body is healthy, I'm able to fully enjoy the best parts of life: spending quality time with my friends and family, hiking and trail running, trying new recipes, and exploring new places.”
