Reform Customer Support Representative

Reform is a way of life—and in our work, our team practices what we preach. To monitor and improve response time and customer satisfaction while reverencing the unrepeatable gift of each of our Reformers, we’re looking for a Reformer Support Representative. As a rapidly growing Catholic small business, our team is very dynamic. We’re looking for someone who finds joy in serving others, has strong attention to detail, and is a problem-solver. The right person for this role is self-motivated and eager and willing to learn. This is a full-time, remote position.
Qualifications:
A degree in business and/or communications, or equivalent education/experience
2+ years experience in customer service
Preferably East Coast or willing to work East Coast hours
Passionate about and knowledgeable of the Catholic faith and wellness
Ability to prioritize and manage work in a growing environment
What we’re looking for:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships while delighting customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both with external customers and internal employees
Someone to monitor and improve customer relations across all communication channels (email, social media, phone, etc.)
Someone who is technology-savvy and who will work to bring structure and improvements to our lean operations
